All lessons are currently online, interactive remote lessons.
Remote lessons have a minimum of 2 spots per lesson and a maximum of 6 spots per lesson.
If a lesson you want is full, join the wait list!
If you join a wait list, you will receive a notification and option to join if a spot opens up.
You are not automatically added to lessons if you join the waitlist.
Wait lists not only help you get into class, they also tell us when we should add lessons, so don't be shy about hopping on a wait list!
Individual students may book 2 spots to meet the minimum of 2 spots.
If additional students join, only 1 credit is deducted per person per lesson (within 48 business hours/2 business days).
Prepaid credits are automatically refunded if lesson bookings are cancelled at least 2 hours in advance.
For 30-minute remote private lessons, please cancel at least 12 hours in advance.
To book 30-minute Remote Private lessons: use 1 credit to book/reserve the lesson. This credit is refunded within 48 business hours if the booking is cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. 2 credits, total, will be deducted after the lesson.
If no additional credit is available on the account, the cost of a single drop in is charged to the card on file,
or you can purchase additional prepaid package or membership credits.
Frestyl Fitness offers a private area where customers can manage their profile, bookings, membership, prepaid packages and more.
Pole Dance Minnesota offers pole dance and somatic movement lessons (yoga style) for all ages, stages, and abilities!

If you're redeeming a Groupon voucher, head to our Schedule, and click "Book" on the lesson of your choice. Then enter your voucher number into the "Promotion code" line at checkout. You can also click "Book" on the Schedule and apply your voucher code in the "Promotion code" after entering our Customer Area. Voucher numbers can take time to load into our system (we have to do that wo-manually), so if you've recently purchased from Groupon but can't get your code to load, give it some time and try again.
